As a Wrestling Recruiting Coordinator, the first thing I always want to know is how well a prospective student-athlete has performed in the classroom. It doesn't do anyone any good if the athlete cannot make it through school. He'd be wasting his time and effort and ours as well. Sure, I want to see an athlete with great strength, speed balance and agility, but academic success is at the top. I am looking for an athlete who will do whatever it takes to achieve success as a student-athlete.
