What Others Are Saying:

" Michael received and accepted an offer from Mercyhurst College in Pennsylvania! He's very happy since it's the college he wanted to attend. It's about a 3 hour drive from home so I'm relieved that he's not too far away. He was seen at the Showcase Combines in Cleveland and Erie. In fact, after those combines, he received quite alot of mail, emails and some phone calls too. We'd like to thank you and The Sport Source for all the work you do to offer players like Michael an opportunity to be seen by coaches. You made the difference." --Sylvie DeRose

"Thanks for the Soccer Clinic - it gave me insight into how college coaches prepare players at the college level and I learned a great deal. What a treat to be in a small group and work with a college coach versus being in a group of 30 or more and not get the specialized attention". -- S. Butler - Los Angeles, CA

"Wow, the clinic was just what I expected - more personal attention that I could have asked for".-- T. Johnson - Rome, GA

"To the coaches who worked with me at the clinic in Dallas - thank you! I had a blast and learned I have options and how to think out-side of the box and give it my all -- I am serious about playing in college and I appreciate your help in teaching me and showing me how I can add value and utilize my skills to be a better player". --M. Howard - New York

The Clinic Session is a 3 hour session that includes a "warm-up", training session, small sided games and concludes with a full sided game. The Clinic is administered by NCAA DI, DII, DIII, NAIA and NJCAA soccer coaches. The college coach to player ratio is 1:18 / 1:22 depending on the number of sessions offered and the number of participants per session. Throughout the process, the coaches participating will talk to the kids about the importance of academics and the need to balance various aspects of college life to be successful in the classroom and on the field. Based on the number of participants per sessions - the coach may make adjustments - a typical session will include the following:

  • 2 / 40-minute games coached by college coaches and observed by other college coaches
  • 1 / 45-minute College-Style Training session with a College Coach
  • 1 /Full-sided game coached by a college coach and observed by other college coaches
