Dear Coach,
Welcome to The Sport Source® 19th Annual Showcase and College Style Soccer Clinic held December 4th – 6th, 2009.

The Courtyard Dallas Plano Parkway at Preston Road is your host hotel.

On Friday, December 4th, 2009 from 7:30pm till 11:00pm you are invited to attend the Annual Welcome Reception. The hospitality manager and staff have selected a wide array of food and beverages that are sure to please and entice. This year we will also feature live music and lots of laughs and entertainment for your pleasure.

As always, once you register to attend the Showcase, a member of our staff Zelene Quaintance will contact you to confirm and secure your hotel reservation. You will need to provide her your credit card information at that time to confirm your reservation. You may also contact Zelene at 866-829-2606 with any questions.

Your hotel rate is $45 per person per night plus applicable taxes based on double occupancy. Should you choose single occupancy, we have secured a rate of $68.00 per night plus applicable taxes for you during your stay

At the time of confirmation, you will need to provide a credit card to secure your reservation. If you have a suite mate preference, please advise us so we can coordinate your request.

If you do not have a suite-mate preference but would like a double occupancy room please let us know and we will make every effort to pair you with another coach.

The cutoff date for reservations at the above listed rates is November 19th 2009. Once your reservations are confirmed, the Host Hotel will send to you via email your confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE THE HOTEL Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to arrival at no cost. Should you choose to cancel your reservations after the 72-hour allotted time, you will be charged for both nights stay plus applicable taxes. If for any reason you do not cancel or become a "NO SHOW", you will be charged for both nights plus applicable taxes. Once the hotel sends your reservation confirmation, you will need to contact the hotel direct to make any changes to your reservation.

For those choosing double occupancy, if your roommate cancels their reservation 72 hours prior to arrival you are only responsible for your portion of the room charge plus applicable taxes. At the election of the hotel, they will make every effort to pair you with a roommate, and or may choose to move you to a single occupancy room at no additional charge at their discretion.

If you would like to save on paying room taxes, you simply need to provide the hotel at the time of check in the following: Your schools Tax ID number or a certificate from the school with the following:

As always, during the Showcase, we will serve breakfast and lunch daily at the fields along with refreshments and snacks.

Our menu offers a variety of foods to choose from and changes daily. Our menu has been praised over the years and based on the response we have been told our College Coach’s Hospitality tent is one of the best around. An honor we are please to hear and receive.

We will serve breakfast from 8:30am till 10:30am daily

We will serve lunch from 12:00pm till 2:00 daily
